Laurent Fullana

CEO

Laurent Fullana is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AirInSpace (AIS), a global medical device and indoor environmental air quality company headquartered in Sterling, Virginia (near Washington, D.C.). AIS is focused on providing the full range of advanced technologies and technical support to hospitals, healthcare facilities, scientific laboratories, and other industries (e.g., aerospace, food and agriculture) which are required to meet the highest standards for indoor air quality. AIS customers strive to meet this higher standard for various compelling reasons including infection control, patient and staff safety, improved productivity and performance, etc. Mr. Fullana has been CEO since 2003.

Laurent Fullana has ten years of global experience in product development, product marketing, licensing and industrial partnership management in the industrial and consumer goods environment. His previous management positions including Director of Marketing & Innovation for the Personal Care and Oral Care Division of Rhodia. Prior to that, Mr. Fullana was new product development manager for the Home Care and Health & Beauty Care markets for Procter and Gamble (P&G), where he was a key member of a Team that managed successful global product launches in more than one hundred countries simultaneously.

Mr. Fullana holds an MSc degree in Innovation & Management of Technology from the Ecole Centrale Paris, an Msc degree in Physics from the Ecole Superieure de Physique et Chimie Paris, and an MBA from the Columbia Business School.

Wade Tetsuka

President

Wade Tetsuka is President of AirInSpace, Inc. (AIS) since 2007. Mr. Tetsuka is a seasoned medical device executive having previously held President/GM/CEO positions from 1998 to 2006 for early stage, fast growth medical device companies including: Dornier/Acoustic Imaging, Phoenix, AZ, (Medical Ultrasound); Tutogen Medical U.S., Alachua, FL (Biological Implants); WaveLight, Inc., Sterling, VA (Medical Lasers). Prior to entry in the medical device industry, Mr. Tetsuka served as a C.P.A. with 10 years experience at Ernst & Young (San Francisco) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Stuttgart, Germany).

Mr. Tetsuka is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Vance Bergeron, PhD

Scientific Director

Vance Bergeron is the Scientific Director of AirInSpace since 2003. In addition to his extensive publications in the field of indoor air quality, Dr. Bergeron is a renowned scientist in the area foam and paper.

Dr. Bergeron earned his PhD at the University of California, Berkeley, and subsequently was awarded a position as Chateaubriand Fellow at the Ecole Normale Superieure, in the Laboratoire de Physique Statistique in Paris, France. After this period, Dr. Bergeron was awarded a Swedish Institute Fellowship at the Royal Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.

His work in industry and public sector includes scientific leadership positions at the multinational energy company Rhone-Poulenc, as well as the French National Labs (CNRS) in Paris, France. In the year 2000, Dr. Bergeron was appointed to a tenured Scientific Director position at CNRS in Lyon, France for his fundamental research in the field of soft condensed matter physics.

Mike Stinebiser

Business Development

Mike Stinebiser heads the Business Development activity for AirInSpace, Inc. since 2007. Based in Boston, MA, Mr. Stinebiser brings extensive hospital and healthcare turn-key solutions expertise to the company. Previous management positions includes a ten year stint as General Manager within the New England Region, for Hill-Rom Company, the leading hospital bed manufacturer and market share leader. Prior to this, Mr. Stinebiser was a regional Account Manager in the food services industry for American Patriot Sales where he managed over twenty-five distributors for manufacturers such as Kraft, Lipton, and Farmland Food. His entrepreneurial experience in building enterprises came early on in his career as Owner/General Manager of a small restaurant group near his home in Boston, MA.

Mr. Stinebiser holds a B.S. Degree in Management, Minor in Operations Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

David Welch, B.A., A.A.S.

Clinical Engineering Manager, Field Service Manager

David has over 18 years experience in the field of medical technology management and healthcare safety. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has technical experience with a wide variety of diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices ranging from surgical equipment and medical lasers to life support instrumentation. He has worked for Duke University Healthcare System, the University of North Carolina Hospitals, the Department of Veterans Affairs as well as two medical laser manufacturers specializing in ophthalmic surgery. He is an AAMI/ICC Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician, a member of the North Carolina Biomedical Association and a former member of the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. Being an advocate of patient and healthcare employee safety, David is dedicated to AirInSpace�s commitment to quality customer service.

Pearl Guilfoyle

Marketing Manager

Pearl joined AirInSpace, Inc. in 2007. Based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining AirInSpace, Pearl was a Sr. Financial Analyst & Auditor for MCI�s Global and Federal Government accounts and Wholesale Internet Sales Channel for eight years.

In 2004, while working at MCI, Pearl started her own design business and has since then designed marketing materials for various businesses.

Pearl earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, with a focus on International Studies and French, at Mount Vernon College. She also earned an Associate�s degree in Graphic Design at Corcoran School of Art.
